This site provides information about the “Tribalbum” app, publishes its legal documents and its support, and lets you view in the browser the albums you have been invited to. Using it means accepting this notice, the Terms and the Privacy Policy. It sells nothing, processes no payments and uses no cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to use the site properly and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities contrary to good faith or public order, or to harm the systems of the owner or of third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s content (texts, graphics, design, brand, code) belongs to OPHARANA LLC or to third parties who have authorized its use. The photos in albums belong to those who upload them. The exceptions are the typefaces Newsreader (Production Type) and Atkinson Hyperlegible Next (Braille Institute), licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. “Apple” and “App Store” are trademarks of Apple Inc.; “Google Play” and “Android,” of Google LLC; they are mentioned only to identify them.

5. Liability

The owner is not liable for damages arising from the site’s unavailability, from errors in its content or from unlawful use by users, nor for the content users upload to their albums, without prejudice to removing it as soon as it becomes aware of its unlawfulness.

The owner is not responsible for the linked third-party sites.

7. Governing law and language
